Mark Magennis is the Managing Director of Decorative Events & Exhibitions (DE&E) with over 20 years’ experience in customer experience strategy, marketing and events. Celebrating 15 years in design in 2016 and with Mark’s leadership the company has experienced exponential growth and success.  Working meticulously with many clients over the years, Mark has delivered unique solutions for his clients whilst creating a dynamic company philosophy motivated by the art of customisation.


Mark is passionate about all things experiential by driving customer engagement and brand goals through creative client retention and acquisition strategies, whilst constantly enjoying the opportunity of growing and mentoring his team to push the boundaries of what can be achieved

Gaylord Lamy

General Manager - The Langham Sydney

Gaylord Lamy is a 20 year veteran of the hospitality industry with extensive experience spanning food and beverage as well as Hotel Operations. A French native, Lamy earned a degree in food & wine service from Versailles-based Lycee Tecomah on top of a Degree in bartending from Lycee Auguste Escoffier in Cergy-Pontoise. Lamy’s dedication to experiencing and learning other cultures has taken him to Hong Kong, North America and now Sydney, Australia. 


Lamy first joined Langham Hospitality Group in 2004 at Eaton, Hong Kong. Following that, he was appointed the Director of Food & Beverage at The Langham, Boston and promoted to the Director of Operations at The Langham, Chicago prior to his Sydney appointment.


Embracing his new home in Sydney, Lamy says “I am looking forward to immersing myself in the Sydney culture and learning how to surf!

Belinda Melocco

Senior Manager, Client Engagement King & Wood Mallesons

Belinda is an accomplished event professional with over 14 years’ experience including 10 years with Henry Davis York as Senior Events & Sponsorships Manager where she was responsible for planning, driving and executing the firm's client event and sponsorship programs. Henry Davis York events have earned a reputation amongst clients for being talked about long after the event and this is a key consideration for Belinda and her team in the delivery of events.


Currently Belinda is the Senior Manager Client Engagement at King & Wood Mallesons as well is the founder and Chair member of the Sydney Event Network - a thriving industry body for in-house corporate event managers. The network's members consist of approximately 100 event professionals from 40 of Australia's top professional services firms and banking institutions. Belinda is also a confidence coach and youth communicator in high schools and consults as a social and business etiquette expert leading strategic networking training for executives focusing on networking, business etiquette and building strategic rapport.

With more than 20 years of senior executive expertise in the personal luxury goods and services sector within the fashion, hard luxury, advisory and recruitment sectors, Melinda has a passion for detail and proving the consumer really is the most important part of any business. Melinda continues to be motivated by the opportunities and growth of this sector and relishes developing and delivering on business strategy. A true proponent of trusted relationships, Melinda has built a respected and long standing network within the luxury sector.


Prior to the acquisition of MO Luxury by Emerald Group Investments in mid-2015 (where she is the Chief Business Development Officer today) - a business Melinda founded and developed over seven years - she was Country Manager for Prada, Australia & New Zealand; General Manager for Chanel Australia, and Fashion Manager, Yves Saint Laurent Australia.
